Yummy Brownies!
One of my personal favorites… unique chocolate
flavor!
Demis
Ingredients
Coverture 200 grams
Butter 100 grams
3 eggs
Sugar 150 grams
Flour 80 grams
Action
Melt coverture with butter (bain marie or microwave).
Mix the eggs with the sugar, pour in the melted coverture and stir well. Add
the flour slowly and keep stiring (Optionally you can use nuts in the mixture
too). Pour the mixture in a buttered long baking form or in individual small
ones, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for around 20 minutes (If you
bake more than necessary time the inside will be dry. The desired result is to
have fluid chocolate inside, it must look like mud, so during baking you could
check every few minutes with a knife).
Enjoy! Good luck!

Yummy Donuts!
Irresistible
sweet, easy, delicious and sugar-free!
Mix well all the materials until you have a homogeneous mixture. Cut in the shape of balls and fry in the oil of your choice until they get a nice golden color (Cook a bit more or less depending on how crispy or soft you want them to be). Serve with honey, cinnamon, syrup, walnuts, chocolate or anything else you prefer. In case you want less or more quantity, just change the water & flour doses. The rest ingredients remain the same.
